TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR
 
 
BASIC FUNCTION:
 
To Conduct High end training Programs for a variety of Clientele

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Principal responsibilities:
  • Conducting the following courses MCSE with Exchange/SQL/ISA.
  • Undertaking consultation sessions with clients and prospective clients to explain the training process and to advise according to customer specific requirements.
  • Developing and designing courses tailored to the clients' needs and requirements.
  • Assessing and monitoring client progress in respect of the courses by conducting and marking examinations and tests and providing continual feedback.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix/Cisco and HP Product's would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 exchange with the ability to provide strategic solutions.
  • Providing technical support as and when necessary to the relevant departments for training purposes.
  • Advising client companies as how best to use the course knowledge in order to integrate the relevant IT into their business and providing IT solutions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years teaching experience Bachelor degree preferred, emphasis in communications, education, social sciences, or computer science preferred. Shows potential to learn technical information quickly.

Must possess excellent presentation skills; good judgment, initiative, strong work ethic flexibility and dependability are key requirements; and able to deal effectively with people. Ability to work under pressure is essential.
